South Plains Electric is a not-for-profit cooperative owned by its members. We are in business for only one reason: to provide the best, most reliable service, not to make a profit. We answer to you, our member owners, not Wall Street.

The Lubbock Chamber Power Buying Program is available to any LP&L commercial customers looking for help/information. You must be a Chamber member to participate, but the program is a member benefit at no additional cost. Here is a direct link to the Chamber’s website and more information.
