South Plains Electric Cooperative's rates are outlined in a downloadable file covering all the different rate classes available. Being a locally-controlled, member-focused business, the board of directors may add new rates or make changes to current rates as the need arises. We will post any changes or updates to the website within 30 days of board approval. These rates for electric service are applicable to all service areas.
