Concern for Community is one of the Seven Cooperative Principles guiding South Plains Electric Cooperative. Giving back to our community gives our Cooperative the opportunity to support community efforts that enhance the quality of life for members and their families. Operation Round Up helps provide funding for community members in need.
Operation Round Up is funded by Cooperative members rounding their bill up to the nearest dollar. We thank you for your generosity and for the difference you continue to make.
The Bruce Long Food Pantry used their grant to deliver Christmas boxes to 29 families in the community of Jayton.
Refuge Services purchased new equine dental equipment with their grant, so they could take better care of their equine therapy horses.
The Bicentennial City-County Library used their grant to purchase a new printer for the community members of Paducah to use free of charge.
